By shopping with Ivy & Hold you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page applies to your order.

Prices & payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. If an item is unavailable, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you once your parcel is delivered to you.

Returns

Our 30-day returns policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Discount codes

Codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
