Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all nine provinces in South Africa. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Courier

All orders ship with Aramex Store-to-Door, straight to your door. Please note that Aramex can't deliver to PO Boxes, and some outlying areas (farms, mines, game lodges) may take a little longer.

Delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment clears.
• Delivery takes 8 to 11 business days from your order date.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• Busy periods like Black Friday and December can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your bag ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.

Failed or returned deliveries

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, nobody was available, or it wasn't collected, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Damaged or lost parcels

Check your parcel when it arrives. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort it out with Aramex.
