Refund Policy
We want you to love your bag. If you don't, here's exactly how returns work.
Change of mind (30 days)
- You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
- The bag must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Email us at 1vy.h0ld022@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
- Return courier costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by you.
- Once we've received and checked the bag, we refund your original payment method within 7 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
- If your bag arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and send photos.
- Faulty items reported within 30 days are repaired, replaced or refunded, and we cover the return courier cost.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage aren't covered.
- Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
After 30 days
We don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges more than 30 days after delivery.
What we can't accept
- Bags that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
- Sale items marked as final sale.
Exchanges
Want a different colour? Return the original and place a new order, so your new bag reaches you as quickly as possible.
